This drama has been on my waiting list for more than half a year. At first, I saw Wang Dagen recommended it a few times, to the effect that it was the most touching youth love of the year, so I always wanted to look for it.
In the first few minutes of the first episode, I actually clicked it a few times, but I never had the patience to watch it. It felt like the kind of love where a broken problem boy was finally healed. This time I finally had time so I decided to take a closer look.
After watching two episodes, I didn't have a sense of the top, and I felt that Wayne was indeed the more handsome one among the troubled teenagers. Is the love at first sight with Del developing too fast? The editing rhythm is very good, and there are always inexplicable flashback scenes at the beginning, which feels the same as the dance scene at the end of the last episode, but the method of slowly solving the mystery is quite novel.
The third and fourth episodes got to the show. Why does the show still have a comedy tag? The jokes given by the supporting actors are quite advanced. The policeman who reported the case to Del's father was full of cancer, the principal who was full of dogs in front of the police, and all kinds of passers-by who appeared and disappeared for no reason were still a road movie.
The fifth and sixth episodes are a bit like the shadow of a martial arts movie in the Jianghu. What I didn't expect was that del's father and brother could still wash the white, the screenwriter's big hands are really good. It's halfway through the plot, and I haven't seen much emotional scenes yet, and there's not even the slightest intimacy scene. This American drama is too rare.
The seventh and eighth episodes are finally on the line. Although Wayne is a problem teenager, he has no personality disorder, no uncertainty, no dark and negative. He is simply a good student among problem teenagers. His essence is gentle, sharp, decisive and obedient. A genius boy with a disciplined heart. When wayne met my mother, I seriously thought about the mother's setting, whether it was set as a mother who didn't care or a mother full of guilt, the result was quite reasonable, and both , without being deliberately one-sided, this is quite a slap in the face of domestic dramas. Wayne obviously still expects maternal love, and this setting is also very reasonable. Although the setting of that father and silly son is quite extreme. Again, I wonder why Wayne has such a firm love at first sight.
The ninth episode explained the origin of love at first sight. I burst into tears for a second, and the unreasonableness in front became the weight accumulated in the ninth episode. Which girl is not so excited that she falls into a coma when she learns the truth. The tenth episode is over, and Wayne was beaten too badly. I thought I thought that the principal and the sheriff came all the way to save people just to appear at a critical time, but it turned out to be useless. Sure enough, only the male and female protagonists redeemed each other, and in order to shoot the second season, the first episode BE ended, but there was no second season, the screenwriter has no heart!
The editing and soundtrack of this show is excellent, the violent aesthetics hurts to look at, and Wayne's face will not leave any sequelae after so many face blows!
