I think this film is not only a commercial film in the context of the financial crisis, but also implicitly expresses office politics and workplace black science. I am looking forward to the elites in the workplace to analyze the undercurrent of eye contact, the hidden body language, and the unfinished speech communication. I come to study and learn, some I understand, and some feel profound but not understand. At the beginning of the film, Sam is distressed that his dog is seriously ill. After a day of changes and games, he settled the matter. He sent his dog away by himself in front of the hospital bed, and dug a grave on the lawn in front of his ex-wife's mansion for burial. After hearing the movement, the ex-wife came out to comfort a few words, and then said that you can't stay here for a long time. At the end of the film, the sound of the shovel digging a hole strikes the heart again and again. He was so rich and alone. ?? But the happiness of the rich is unimaginable for the poor. ?? When the big boss talked to Sam, he said that Sam was the luckiest person in the world, otherwise he would have been digging trenches all these years (Sam was the engineer who built the bridge). Sam replied that if I dug the trench, at least there would still be a few holes in the ground. On the one hand, it alludes to the fact that finance is "nothing". On the other hand, at the end of the film, he digs a hole to bury his beloved dog. This kind of physical hole will also make Sam feel lost.
The big boss said that there are three ways to make a living in this industry: move fast, have a high IQ, and be able to deceive people. I don’t want to deceive people. Although I believe there are many smart people in this building, the easiest way to win is to move fast. Then he asked his subordinates to throw the thunder to others as quickly as possible. After all, "there is output only if you survive" (using a game analogy).
In a crisis, passing the risk to others and seizing the opportunity to get out of trouble may not be the last laugh, but certainly not the first to die. However, it is difficult to say whether there will be friends in the future, but who knows whether these "friends" will survive.
The first long review belongs to "MARGIN CALL", which may make people think a lot late at night. Migrant workers, migrant souls, and migrant workers are all subordinates, and the boss can fire anyone. There are no laborers who are innocent, only bosses who are greedy for profit. (Only for this film, not all workers and bosses were shot.)
