Some time ago, there was such a news: In the early morning, a girl who lived alone suddenly heard the ringing of her mobile phone under the bed, and when she looked down, there was a strange man hiding under her bed.
The horror movie-like plot was actually staged in real life, which also reminded me of this classic thriller "When You Sleep"
The protagonist of the story, Cesar, is a middle-aged bald man who lives in poverty. His mother is seriously ill and bedridden.
He works as an apartment manager, sorting letters for the residents and repairing home appliances. He seems to be doing his due diligence, but secretly he is extremely psychologically distorted.
His own life was unfortunate, and he wanted to cause pain to others, so he set his sights on Clara, the beautiful young female resident of the apartment. Clara has a bright and cheerful personality and always has a smile on her face, which makes Cesar, who is dark in her heart, extremely unhappy, so he starts a series of perverted acts against this innocent girl.
First, he harassed her by writing letters and texting, and then taking advantage of her position to take Clara's house key and lie under her bed at night to spy on her life. When Clara fell asleep, Cesar crawled out from under the bed and put her into a coma with drugs. After confirming that the other party was unconscious, he climbed into the bed and sexually assaulted her.
For Cesar's actions, there are two insiders, one is Cesar's bedridden mother, and the other is a little girl living in the apartment. Cesar tells his mother about all his perverted behavior, but she can't stop Cesar's crimes, and can't tell anyone; and the little girl who has seen Cesar slipping out of Clara's house is intimidated many times Then he chose to remain silent.
There are no scenes of bloody violence in the film, but it is creepy and chills down the back, especially when Clara knows the truth at the end, suffocating despair and depression blows.
The reality also proves that the plot in the movie is not just a brain hole, but actually happens around us, so we must stay vigilant at all times to avoid criminals taking advantage of it.
