The British Showdown, I noticed it when the film first came out, but it didn't attract me to go into the theater at the time. The Mid-Autumn Festival is idle at home, so I click it and watch it.
The Chinese translation of the film makes people think it is a "war" film (I thought it was a war blockbuster without reading the introduction), but it is actually more of a political film.
Under the political conspiracy, the fate of the individual is forcibly changed. This structure, setting is a bit like the British drama: The caputre.
From the film, I saw the "side" of Jackie Chan as an actor. It was no longer a giggling kung fu, but I could truly feel the grief of losing his family. The structure of the film is also relatively simple, and it basically revolves around the setting of exploring the truth, taking revenge, and finally discovering that the big Boss turned out to be "someone".
Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, I miss Jackie Chan's friends, you can take a look when you have time.
