fight for every failed case

"Either I'm right or I'm crazy".

Mr. Smith, a young congressman, trembled when he first participated in parliament, but his perseverance, his justice, his hatred of corruption, and his yearning for freedom and democracy, no matter how many years passed, will never be forgotten again. Once shocked us in front of the screen.

Maybe Stewart was born for this kind of role, maybe he also has the same persistence, and once again, he was moved and shocked by him again.

This young man is different. He stands alone against the House of Representatives. He defends his justice without sleep. He never gives up when he fails. He says that "every failed case is worth fighting for." His youth and passion, It's so shining.

I love this Stewart, I love this Mr Smith.

The transformation from an ignorant puppet to a democratic fighter, the climax of parliamentary battles that adhere to justice and fight against Confucianism, but relying on the sudden awakening of the villain at the last minute to realize the reversal is too idealistic. If I were to rate Stewart's performance, I would give it six stars~!

Every time I feel tired of myself, I always cheer up when I see such a movie. Although knowing it is just a story, it still gives me great encouragement while crying, and allows me to persist in continuing what I want to do.

  • Jefferson Smith: [Pointing at his new desk at the Senate with great enthusiasm] This is Daniel Webster's desk. Did you know that?

Senator Joseph Paine: Mhm! He wouldn't mind.
