Please keep playing with the "unknown"

I watched this movie in the library on the afternoon of 9.7. The overall tone of the movie is still a little sad. From half of the time, it can be seen that the film discusses far more than should try to rescue these "patients". The "patients" in the movie have been out of touch with society for a long enough time, and their resocialization is also an issue that cannot be ignored, including the re-acceptance of their relatives. The first time I understood the word "resocialization" should be the movie "The Shawshank Redemption". When the mother in the movie learns that her son has a crush on a girl, it may be a complicated and heavy heart. The movie is based on a true story. When these "patients" were not out and closed again, no one could really know what they were thinking. However, the theme of the film finally sublimated, the human spirit. All the issues that should be discussed most have been partially explained in the first half, so there must be some reversal factors in the second half of the movie. The same goes for Million Dollar Baby. If there's anything else we have to do, it's to stick with the unknown game. After reading it, I realized that this actor, this so familiar actor is Robert De Niro. What a familiar face.

Awakenings quotes

  • Dr. Sayer: What we do know is that, as the chemical window closed, another awakening took place; that the human spirit is more powerful than any drug - and THAT is what needs to be nourished: with work, play, friendship, family. THESE are the things that matter. This is what we'd forgotten - the simplest things.

  • Dr. Malcolm Sayer: She borrows the will of the ball.
