I really don't know how to start writing a movie review after watching this drama three months later. The rough general impression is that this is a good show. But whether it's the plot or the characterization or the acting or the picture, I can't say why, I can only vaguely record the aftermath of this vague plot. (The feeling after 3 months is also an afterthought, right. Hee hee)
In the first season, it was the death of the youngest son of Beth, the neighbor of Ellie, the police officer and heroine. After a season, in fact, for the police, there are no very conclusive clues and evidence to clarify who the murderer is, but in the end the murderer still surfaced, the husband of the police officer and heroine, Joe. It is a soulmate relationship that transcends age. Because the little boy has died, I don't know what his attitude towards the heroine's husband is. It is also mixed with all kinds of broken things in life, such as Mark (the hostess of the hotel where Beth's husband cheats), Beth's daughter's relationship with a bad youth involves drug dealing. There is no quick solution to the case, but a very real exploration based on clues one by one. Many people who love to watch detective dramas should not be able to stand it. Therefore, the definition of this drama must be clear. It is not a crime-solving drama, but a life drama.
