The film tells the story of three scientists who discovered a mysterious ore on the African continent, which is extremely lethal. Just as the three scientists were on their way back with the ore, the CIA dispatched a special operations team composed of 11 special forces from different countries to hijack the scientists and their results. Inside the Intelligence Bureau, there is a ghost who wants to take this achievement as his own. So he ordered the pilot responsible for the response to create an air crash, in order to kill people and cover up the results they had won. The special operations team was almost wiped out, and only member Jack (Jackie Chan) narrowly escaped. When Jack was rescued by the local natives, he lost all memory due to the violent collision, and knew nothing about his name and origin. He only asks "who am I" when he meets people.
