"Bitter Moon" is Roman Polanski's masterpiece, and its title BitterMoon is the reverse expression of "Honeymoon" shared between lovers.

The bitter moon in the eyes of the sad

The story takes place on a voyage cruise ship. A young British couple, Nigel and Fiona, decide to travel to India to save their increasingly seven-year itch marriage. By chance, they met Oscar and Mimi on the boat. This is an old couple. Oscar is not only old, but also disabled in a wheelchair. On the other hand, Mimi is young, beautiful, and charming. Oscar, the old and the weak, saw at a glance that Nigel was interested in Mimi. Not only was he not jealous or angry, but he also pestered Nigel about the past events he and Mimi had experienced together.

And the story of that story started on a tram in Paris. Oscar, as a love veteran, fell in love with the pure and beautiful Mimi at first sight. In his novel, he described the feeling of seeing Mimi: at that moment, he glimpsed heaven.

When they met again, he chased Mimi without much effort and took her back to his place. The love and desire of the two are so strong that they have not even gone out for three days and nights, living on sour croissants and sex.

But this state didn't last long, Oscar was tired, and even if they made some efforts together to try to maintain the fresh pleasure, it was useless. He first suggested to find their former circle of friends, and later proposed to separate. Mimi was reluctant to let go, and even knelt on the ground and begged. She was pregnant with his child, had to have an abortion, and ended up being dumped on a plane out of Paris.

A few years later, Mimi, who had disappeared for a long time, came back. She came to visit Oscar who was in a car accident, and used brute force to maim Oscar, leaving him to rely on a wheelchair and her care for a living from now on. Yes, you read that right, Mimi abolished Oscar's lower body and offered to take the initiative to take care of or abuse Oscar. You don't know whether she hates him or loves him. If she doesn't hate him, why does she treat him so cruelly? If not love, why give him a pistol and give him the opportunity to end any of their lives at any time? Oscar finally realizes the trauma he has caused Mimi, and there is nothing else he can do but remorse and endure her torment. They live together and travel together in a love-hate relationship.

The story of the story doesn't end there, and the story certainly doesn't end there.

For a moment, I felt that Oscar was left behind. After all, he should pay for his love for the new and the old for the old. But after thinking about it again and again, I feel that he is a little innocent. After all, liking the new and dislike the old is not only for men, but unique to human nature. We can change new clothes and new mobile phones to our heart's content, but because of legal, moral and civilized constraints, we cannot replace the people around us at will.

This movie brings back my previous thoughts about the novelty of relationships/marriage. I have heard that as long as the love lasts forever, the passion will fade, and the tacit understanding will come to the fore. , there is a sadness just around the corner. Just like Madame Bovary, "Looking forward to the love that comes suddenly, the lightning flashes, the thunder rumbles, like a hurricane beyond the clouds, blowing through the world, subverting life, sweeping the will, like sweeping leaves, taking the whole heart to the abyss. 1]". However, Bovaryf's tragedy is well known.

Regardless of the scandals, the director Polanski must have a deep understanding of the ways of the sexes. The Mimi under his camera is really beautiful and moving, especially when she first met Oscar, her pure and lustful demeanor was amazing. mouth watering.

There are also traces of Mimi's clothing changes in the film. When she played the stunner in the eyes of men, she wore a bright red dress, from the tight-fitting hip-covering dress in the story to the red tea break when they first met in the story. From the skirt to the red low-cut short skirt on the first date, it is all red and glowing, red and eye-catching, and red is unforgettable. Earlier, I stumbled across an article in the nature of a survey report, which said that women wearing red clothes are indeed the most attractive to the opposite sex. So if ladies and sisters want to attract the attention of the opposite sex, you might as well try a dress like a red envelope. Of course, it only refers to the color, not the style.

The images of several main characters in the film, both male and female, have been derogated and compressed, such as Oscar and Nigel, a rambunctious figure and a masked gentleman. Mimi is judged by her external appearance, as if only her body is left. So in the end, the two beauties slept and flew together, and all the audience were stunned. I admire the beauty that Polanski unearths from women, but I feel greasy when I think of a pair of cloudy eyes staring at your neck, chest, and buttocks behind the camera and looking for nothing else.

I didn't realize until the end of the film that Hugh Grant's Nigel was just a supporting role, and he was repeatedly teased by Beauty and the Paralympics. "Mountain" and "BJ's Single Diary" all use their handsome images to accompany others' beautiful flowers and full moons. I see you pity: God, why should the male god be so wronged!

The two-line narrative of this film is a highlight. The audience can be immersed in it for a while and then jump out to reflect. Moreover, Nigel and Fiona's beautiful marriage seems to be a low-profile version of the tragedy of Oscar and Mimi. They have all experienced it. Or experience a love affair and become boring, but instead of choosing to have a child or other ways to return to the bland to solve the problem, but trying to retrieve the "lost beauty" on the journey, but unable to resist the pervasive temptation of sensuality. The bearded captain told the Nigels that children are the cure for marriage problems, and they smiled noncommittally.

Up to now, I am finally willing to believe and accept, probably all the feelings will be calm, the throbbing of the first hand in hand and the first kiss between lovers can only be missed in the deep memory, and in the long years to come. It is hard to say whether it is the consolation of chatting with people or the last straw that broke the camel's back, but in terms of the development of civilization and the progress of society, human beings are in conflict with their own erotic desires. In the process of fighting, most of the time, we are still in a superior position. After all, most of us don’t go away with a single shot like animals. After all, in modern society, there is something to support for birth, something to depend on for old age, and something to look forward to in love.

Not long ago, I saw someone on Weiming bbs asking about your experience after marriage. One of them answered with a high praise. Ta said, he never thought that the friendship between men and women could be so pure. I think people who have experienced it firsthand can probably better understand the profound meaning of it. Maybe many people have already accepted the fact that love has been transformed into family affection, revolutionary friendship or other concerns, because they have long understood that emotional matters are really only a small handful in life. In the adult world, there are too many things every day. There are things to worry about, work, housing prices, raising children, war bitches, etc., time and energy have long been scattered, and it will not be like the tragedy of the film, one party's passion has faded and the other party is still obsessed. At one time it was like glue, and at the other time, I hated it. After all, Oscar and Mimi's life has always revolved around talking and making love, so why not look forward to new faces and bodies? Some people's success cannot be replicated, then some people's tragedies do not need.

After watching the movie, it is time to wake up.
