Evil triumphs over justice?
No.
You leave others with nowhere to go,
Then others have no choice but to let you go.
Why did Mike die?
Is it because Oliver was trying to use him for the bombing in the first place?
In fact, from the movie, it is impossible to draw this conclusion.
Oliver had no intention of targeting Mike.
But obviously, Mike is deliberately targeting Oliver.
With no basis at all, Mike peeped at Oliver's family, opened letters privately, and investigated behind the scenes. After learning of Oliver's criminal behavior, he unfoundedly exerted influence on the people around him and kept them away from Oliver. A family, affecting the lives of the Oliver family.
In fact, it was Mike's curiosity that killed the cat and pushed himself into the abyss.
Oliver said it wonderfully in the movie: 16 years old, didn't you make mistakes when you were 16 years old? Why hold on to this?
really. Oliver has made mistakes, but he has also been punished for it. Logically, this life can be over, but obviously, the social reality made Oliver realize that although they were punished in prison, the punishment given to them by society has no end.
So he changed his name. So he kept moving places to live.
Then, after all, he still has to face the prying eyes of people like Mike. There is no joy in his life.
So, in the end, there was an explosion.
Mike gave him nowhere to go. He had no choice but to leave Mike nowhere;
Mike, what about the victim of the previous bombing? Is it just another Mike? Another curiosity killed the cat?
The movie actually has a metaphor, and Oliver is part of an organization.
What organization? There are millions.
In fact, an organization is a metaphor for a group of people who made mistakes and went to prison but were not accepted by society after being released from prison. Not an actual reference.
They have paid the price for their actions;
After being released from prison, they thought they could start a new life; but it was impossible.
Are Mike's family innocent?
The wife may be innocent, the child may be innocent.
But Mike, certainly not innocent.
The death of his wife and children is actually all on Mike's body.
So it's not Oliver who is evil.
It's Mike.
