Season 3 directors seem to have been using the world of Eve as a mirror image, including all the characters and buildings
The more intuitive ones are the scars on Masha's face (obviously not showing the picture) and the angle of the harelip of brother harelip. I thought it was just a simple and rude flipping of the picture.
Then I found out that Adam's world is equivalent to our real world, the buttons of men's clothes are on the right, and the buttons of women are on the left. In the world of Eve, the buttons of men's clothes are on the left, and the buttons of women's clothes are on the right.
But the words in Eve's world are all positive, I think it's not that the director used a simple and rude picture flip. As shown in the figure:
