Finally, time gives love dignity

In such a warm and inspirational blockbuster, it is indeed a bit vulgar to discuss love dryly. It’s just that, for me, who is fascinated by all American romanticism, I am surprised at the completeness of this story. It is not only family tenderness, nor only inspirational legend, but such a deep, delicate and romantic one. Love is harmonious and eye-catching under such a grand story.

The screenwriters of American heroism films have never hesitated to portray the protagonist's situation as miserable, and certainly do not forget to write more legendary endings. But this Benjamin, who can't cross, is a real man in my heart, stalwart all XX heroes (Pet fans, please pat it).

The most difficult thing for a hero to defeat is self, and for most people, the most terrifying thing is loss and memory. The deprivation of "Once possessed" and the hesitation of the long way ahead can chronically torture an ordinary person, take away courage, obliterate will, and finally make you never take that step forward.

Romanticism is really a good thing. It will quickly and ruthlessly throw you into the unknown, make you temporarily forget the lost past, make you indulge in a gambling-like future, and then mobilize your dopamine for life and the future.

Just avoiding is always a temporary painkiller. In such a story, the glamorous Scarlett met Benjamin who was within the effective period of the drug. Fortunately, the story did not start so vulgarly and hastily.

Although we can't always push the responsibility onto modern society, it's just that contemporary people are too easy to escape with love. Change a partner, another way of getting along, and use a clear trial and error method to beat the moles to avoid some responsibilities and punishments. Such love is too cheap.

No matter whether it is mature or immature, love will always have a dazzling magical power, and the beautiful goddess will have the opportunity to experience it. But what exactly time can bring to life, this is a proposition that I have been thinking about recently.

This movie told me the answer, time gave love dignity. It is precisely because of cherishment and fear of loss and neglect, so no eagerness to approach and intimacy. It is precisely because of understanding the ups and downs of life and the bumps and twists of the road that we must brew a good start. Careless love is to leave love with dignity.

Thinking of the plot in "Beijing Meets Seattle", before the male and female protagonists met again, they still experienced the separation of their own struggles. And time is the magical thing that allows you not to complain about loss and separation, but to continue to move forward. Do not start hastily, in order to accumulate our strength, for a lasting love that is evenly matched.

And time is the magical thing that teaches you to be calm, patient, and believe. Only in this way can we be worthy of that dignified love.

I prefer to treat this film as a healing series about family relationships, rather than an inspirational comedy, and the ending confession is also very touching. Although the plot is very clichéd, Matt Damon always gives people a loyal and credible feeling, so he is easily moved.

Benjamin's persistence and courage may not exist in reality, but it is worth learning. No matter whether there is a result or not, what you put in is already a reward. (Luoxi is so cute and cute) Haha

  • Benjamin Mee: It is what it is.

Mr. Stevens: It is what it is. Sometimes you don't know what it is until you see what it is, you know? Once you see what it is then you can figure out what it is. You understand?

Benjamin Mee: No, but we can move on.
