Suspenseful film!

I like the opening and closing credits very much. . .

The upside-down lens means going to hell to see Devil and the normal lens means hope for God.

The last Devil let go of Tony who was really confessing.

It can't be regarded as a horror movie, it can only be said to be suspenseful. It is very enjoyable to follow the plot and guess Devil.

The main story is a story. Human suicide is a precursor to the arrival of the devil, and then many coincidences have brought together some people who are going to hell. One of them is the devil. The devil will torture these people until they die. Those who kindly want to give them their lives will lose their lives innocently! But the devil never does things secretly, there will always be witnesses, and every witness has his own meaning.

To be honest, I'm still curious. . . What is the meaning of his appearance for that person of Mexican descent?

In the end, the film hopes that people will believe in God's existence and forgive!

Devil quotes

  • [last lines]

Ramirez: [voiceover] After my mother would finish her story, she would always comfort us. "Don't worry," she'd say. "If the Devil is real, then God must be real, too."

  • [first lines]

Ramirez: [voiceover] When I was a child, my mother would tell me a story about how the Devil roams the Earth. Sometimes, she said, he would take human form so he could punish the damned on Earth before claiming their souls. The ones he chose would be gathered together and tortured as he hid amongst them, pretending to be one of them. I always believed my mother was telling me an old wives' tale.
