Using violence to control violence is simple and straightforward

Since "First Blood 4", I have rarely seen such a simple and refreshing film. I don’t need to consume too many brain cells to guess and guess. All I have to do is to enjoy what the film brings to people. Kind of the most authentic pleasure.
Everything seems to be as expected, but often turns unexpectedly.
The four sons of a Christian mother chose the simple way of fighting violence with violence when facing evil. This seems to tell us that even Christ who preached "love your enemy" sometimes acquiesced to this approach.
Simple and rude, use violence to control violence.
I like.

The plot is not very logical, or is it not enough to understand this motor city? Maybe everyone in it is too familiar, not serious enough, more like a comedy. As an action movie, there are no outstanding fights. I was blindfolded by the poster, o(╯□╰)o

I thought it was made in 1990

Four Brothers quotes

  • Angel: She's the only woman that ever gave a damn. The least we can do is go bang on a few doors and see what happens. We owe her that much.

Jeremiah: So you're gonna shoot up the whole town cause y'all mad?

    Angel: Why not?

Jeremiah: C'mon, man, the people who did this are probably from the same shitty-ass streets we're from. Mom would've been the first to forgive them, and y'all know that.

  • Bobby: [after Jack is shot] Oh, come on - don't die on me, you little fairy.
