I really like Jane Austen's works, of which "Sense and Sensibility" is my favorite. After watching the movie several times, I felt that it was not enough, so I read the book twice. Haven't seen the 95 version of the movie, just watched this version and fell in love with it. I think the choice of actors is just right to show the different personalities of the sisters to the audience. The elder sister Ariel is dignified and generous in appearance, rational and calm in character, and cautious and reserved in dealing with feelings; younger sister Marianne is lively and lovely, emotional and enthusiastic, and she is unrestrained and persistent in dealing with feelings. After meeting true love, my sister showed great patience and strong forbearance, and after some waiting, she finally achieved ordinary and beautiful happiness. The younger sister experienced being deceived and was frustrated in her feelings before she realized the love she needed, and finally reaps the happiness of a princess.
