Butterfly

- The imagination of the future interstellar city is very advanced. It is obviously a fast-growing city on Mars, but it has a strong western wasteland style.

-Aerial combat and fighting scenes can really be said to be smooth paintings. I have watched many dramas and movies recently and can't help 1.25x or 1.5x, but this movie alone makes me not want to fast forward or even rewind to watch it repeatedly.

-Another film without an absolute villain, Vincent is like a poet, destroying others while reshaping the meaning of his own existence. It seems that all his kindness is left to women (?) "...I'm already dead, so is this world a dream that butterflies gave me? Or, the world of butterflies is the reality, and the world I used to be in is nothing but a dream A dream, I don't understand" I don't know why this image overlaps with Blade Runner, Roy said, all shoes moments will be lost in time, like tears inrain. Time to die. Although these two lines map different worlds , but full of grand grief.

The volume of an episode of TV animation is forcibly stretched to 120 minutes, and that kind of delicate feeling cannot be found in the theatrical version. There are good sentences and no good chapters.

The windshield of the car has finally become a movie screen, and it is still a Western movie. We can't draw the dividing line between normal and crazy, and we can't tell the difference between reality and dream. We walk on it in order to find an exit, but all this is just an eternal reincarnation. On Halloween, make a legal crossing of the line.

Cowboy Bebop: The Movie quotes

  • Laughing Bull: Know this Swimming Bird: This blue eye percieves all things conjoined. The past, the future, and the present. Everything flows and all is connected. This eye is not merely seen reality. It is touching the truth. Open the eye of truth... There is nothing to fear.

Spike: Yea... I know what you mean.

  • Robber D: [Spike pulls a gun after being warned to drop the weapon, waving a gun in an old lady's face] Don't you get it? I'm gonna SPLATTER GRANDMA!

Spike: Well, that's a real shame. But, we're not cops and we're not from some charity organization. Sorry lady, we don't protect or serve. This is strictly business.

    Robber D: What?

Spike: Guess you'll just have to chalk it up to bad luck.

    Robber D: [growls] Cowboy scumbag!
