This is an extremely cold and extremely warm movie, "I'm very happy to hear that you are well." The simplest and warmest expectation in life may be this sentence. The director uses fixed long shots throughout, scenes, characters and plot settings without any logical connection, scenes with a cold and gloomy atmosphere, and the beauty and sadness expressed in black humor are the biggest features of this film. The film wants to explore some thoughts about human nature and survival. Why are those tiny lives and those tumultuous and magnificent so similar? Maybe the will of life is the same, desire, love, dignity... everything is the same in every body that is born to death, there is no difference between a person and a pigeon, and the thinking about survival is still the same in the end It comes down to the question of "what should I have for my next meal". What really troubles us is always the so-called "profound meaning" that we are always looking for. However, throwing away all the forms that will eventually be lost, meaninglessness is the answer. But where is the warmth of this film reflected? That's the greatest thing a human being can do in the face of meaningless persistence, where dignity is repeatedly challenged but still exists, love and life are violated but still don't give up, and that all relevant and irrelevant people hold together The night of drinking and singing makes us think of poetry and the distance in our tired existence, which is so moving.
