Two unforgettable images

There is a taste of magical realism in "Dumbo". When Danbo was trapped on top of the burning tower, the fireman dressed as a clown made various antics to pretend to rescue him, but the water he finally received was Yu watering flowers or pouring it into my stomach (I didn't know it was part of a circus performance at first), but there was a cheerful music in the background, the weird effect of the clown's face and the brilliant colors of red, yellow and orange on the whole picture, too. Perhaps the charm of Disney is that, despite the predictability of the story's direction, in the end, it is moved by its simplicity. The scars that have been attacked can also bloom splendid flowers - accepting your own differences, because that is called being different; the family must be neat - the most simple emotions are the most universal values.

It can be said that Tim Burton has made fairy tales all his life, but his live-action version of "Dumbo" can no longer reproduce the myth of "Big Fish". The problem is not the limitation of Disney's family carnival theme template, but that his imagination failed to fly out of the solidified thinking frame in the end. We have heard too many stories of people using objects as metaphors, and it is a pity that the film is still copying those superficial clichés. The biggest criticism of fantasy special effects films is usually sloppy in script creation (adaptation), so the obvious good and evil landscapes they promote and shape have become ghost tricks that can't stand scrutiny when they go out of the cinema.
