In terms of the age of a certain movie, it is natural to sniff out the sweetness of this story: the closed children, the lost teenagers, the generation gap with the elders, the romance of love, and finally the mourning and remembrance of the tragedy. In terms of my personal experience, I also vaguely smelled the sense of identity: how I would like to stand in front of the huge floor-to-ceiling glass one day, looking down at the city shimmering in the sun, and silently say "Okay, I forgive." , And then all previous things are no longer considered, all the scars are buried in the soil, back to the original relationship.
But there is always something wrong. I saw it, but couldn't jump in. I touched it through the glass, it was always specious. This seems to be using a new wave technique to make a movie that is too large and loses its sense of privacy and attention. The first part of the film was very well filmed, with very little dialogue. The shot moved from watching, to close-up, and then further away. That shot gave a tingling sensation. If this girl is the protagonist next, and I get close to filming her emotions, anger, sorrow, and thoughts, maybe I will be more involved. However, the script set this to be a story of "two injured young hearts approached to heal each other", so ten years later, the male protagonist appeared in the camera. The reason why he defected from under his father's wings was only indirectly described at a very late stage. So even though the actor was the core of the later movie, he was really close to filming, he was still unfamiliar. As for the love between the male and female protagonists, it is a plot that is too old-fashioned, because it will not be complained under such a background. But no matter how sad the life experience is set, if it lacks in-depth details, lacks soul-touching lines and plots, just eating and eating together, showering, and going to bed, it is still a trivial way of talking.
The little sister of the male lead is another story. As an innocent child, all her misfortunes stem from her special. This might be a bit critical at first-how this society cannot tolerate "dissidents". But how special she is is still only an indirect retelling. Even the process of her being left out and being bullied was just taken over. If this is not a child, but a young girl, just like this, it is easy to be labeled as "pretending to be 13" or "being" instead of getting any sympathy. Similarly, if we can't get close to this little girl, play with her, and watch her laugh and cry, it will be difficult for us to know her and want to protect her mood.
It might be better if you don't spend so many chapters on love. I always feel like I have stuffed too many things at once, and deliberately pretended to be very heavy, but the whole story is very plain, and there is no finishing touch, family, love, and blocked heart that is not understood, because of the dearest relatives. Passing away and lonely and wanting to defect from the indulgence of this world, there are all, but they did not make it clear. In the end, it is considered a "burden", it is just to avoid "car crash", "leukemia", "cancer"... and other Korean dramas. I thought about it afterwards, and even thought it was not very authentic to do so.
