DeLauris is a famous black female singer at Moonlight Nightclub. The owner of the nightclub, Vince LaRocca, the underworld leader, has an affair with her. Because Vincent gave her the fur coat worn by his wife, DeLauris angrily wanted to give it back to Vincent, but unexpectedly met Vincent's envoy to kill. She escaped the killer's pursuit and told the police officer Sud what had happened. Sud asked her to testify in court. DeLauris is a lively and active person who likes to show her face. She can't stand the quiet and lonely life of the monastery.
