There are many comedies about World War II, but as long as World War II comedies are mentioned, "Escape from the Tiger's Mouth" has to be mentioned! The first time I watched "Escape from the Tiger's Mouth", I watched it twice in a row, and I will continue to review the classic scenes in it! I don't think this film is trying to express the cruelty of war! It just wants to soothe people's hearts in the form of drama and satirize the meaninglessness of war! At the end of the film, the squadron leader, the painter and the conductor are supporting the glider to fly freely in the air, which also highlights the bright future for people to be free after the war! All in all, it's a feast for the soul! We have to sigh the comedy talent of the French!
