It doesn't feel like it. The motion design is pretty good, it's clean, and everything else is mediocre. In particular, the villain can easily find undercover information, and the protagonist can easily find drug dens, which is a flaw in this film! Some words that seem to be cool are a little embarrassing to say. This is caused by the lack of storytelling, and the audience is prone to playing. However, Hollywood's image of tough guys is still a point worth learning about. From modeling, character, body language, all are carefully considered and detailed.
