"Dangerous Relationships" (also translated as "Burning Love" in 1959), an excellent historical film, based on the novel by the French novelist Lacroix. Directed by Roger Vadim, the famous director of "God Created Woman", Jeanne Moreau interprets this classic image very well. The wonderful jazz makes the movie to great effect. The 1988 version of "Dangerous Relationships," directed by Stephen Frears, is a "modern version" of the first edition, and the performances of John Malkovich and Glenn Close have been well-received.
The complex and delicate interpersonal relationships make the conspiracy even more treacherous and terrifying. The vicious Madame Convey used the libertine Valmont's infatuation with her capital, and asked her to seduce the beautiful young Valente Cecil, because she abandoned her old lover Bastide in Corsica, who will soon return. Paris married Cecil, but Cecil's mother, Volangie, was a very powerful woman.
Valmont is confident that this is a piece of cake, and his greater interest is Mrs. Duwell, who is temporarily staying with his aunt. Her husband went abroad to handle the case and temporarily did not return. Kong Wei said that after you succeeded together, if you come again, I will reward you with written evidence. But Valmont said, "Can I advance?" She smiled gloomily: "Good night."
So the man-faced and beast-hearted Valmont started a plan to seduce Mrs. Dewell. First, he did some good deeds to let people spread his good reputation that he had rehabilitated. Sure enough, this trick slowly worked, but the beautiful Duwell was far from being as good as a simple Siselle. Get it done. After all her efforts, Mrs. Duwell finally fell in love with ferocity and madness, so that after Valmont decided to break up, she couldn't stand such a heavy blow and was dying of illness. Although Valmont entrusted Dangsen to inform Mrs. Duwell of his regrets before he died in a duel with Cecil's boyfriend Dangsen, it was too late, and Mrs. Duwell died in the end.
And the hateful Mrs. Kongwei finally lost all her refuge in the scolding of everyone. The reason why the movie is wonderful is that the structure of the story is cleverly designed. Ten years ago, South Korea's "Scandal" starring Jeon Do-yeon was also adapted from this. In the hearts of fans, it is still the first edition.
