Mo Dao fell into the black sea, and there is great light in nature

This is the first movie with a 6-star rating, and the one close to this standard in my impression is The Shawshank Redemption. Encounter is fate. Now it seems that the quality of the film is naturally important, but it is somewhat meaningful to watch it at the right time. If I looked at it a few years ago, I might have given it five stars, but today, combined with the current situation and life nodes, plus the accumulated experience, I have really taught me that there is a kind of power that can transcend hatred and pain. And surfing has indeed become the second sport that interests me after rock climbing. If I can learn these two things in my life, I will really feel fulfilled! I remember watching an inspirational video on YouTube to the effect of People think what they lack is motivation, but the truth is what they lack is a plan. Day-to-day plan. But today But I think it's not true, the motivation thing is to find out the purpose of living, why would I do such thing. Then the plan take over. It's the second part it always be.

Soul Surfer quotes

  • [last lines, narrating]

Bethany Hamilton: I was born to surf. This is why I wake up at the crack of dawn everyday. This is why I endure belly rashes, reef cuts and muscles so tired they feel like needles. And I've learned life is a lot like surfing. When you get caught in the impact zone, you need to get right back up. Because you never know what's over the next wave. And if you have faith, anything is possible, anything at all.

  • Transworld Surf Reporter #1: Bethany, I'm from Transworld Surf Magazine. Are you upset you didn't win today?

Bethany Hamilton: I didn't come to win, I came to surf.

Fuel T.V. reporter #2: Bethany, I just wanted to ask you. If you could go back to that day, and not have gone surfing, would you do it?

Bethany Hamilton: I wouldn't change what happened to me, because then I wouldn't have this chance. In front of all of you... this chance to, embrace more people than I ever could have with two arms.
