What did Snowden say

In the morning when I work every day, I first set up a scheduled backup system called Epic Shelter. If there are any emergencies, such as terrorist bombing of embassies or NSA departments in the Middle East, this security procedure can ensure that we will not lose any data. But when visitors come, I have to put these aside. NSA wants to impress the Japanese by showing our capabilities. They like the images returned by drones. They know that we want them to help us monitor Japanese citizens when they are not happy. They say it is illegal. Anyway, we still monitored the entire country. This is not over yet. When we browsed their systems, we controlled the infrastructure construction. We started with small projects, such as power plants, dams, and hospitals. Our goal is that if Japan is no longer our alliance one day, there will be a power outage throughout Japan. And this is not only happening in Japan, we will also install malware in Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Australia. I can understand installing these in China, or Russia, Iran, Venezuela or something. But I can't figure out how to install it in Australia. We are also forced to support those world leaders and industrial tycoons, to track ugly deals, sex scandals, and diplomatic notes to allow the United States to benefit from the G8 negotiations, or to force Brazil’s oil plants, or to help those who are not in the third world. The supported leader is on top. In the end, the fact is that no matter how unfair this is, this is not a matter of terrorism at all. Terrorism is just an excuse. This is about economic and social control, and the only thing you are protecting is the dominant government.

After reading this, I realized that the United States could instantly black out the entire Japan nationwide. . Hegemony is very tired
