A wealthy male protagonist, an ordinary female protagonist, feels that the story should be an old-fashioned Hollywood romantic love story. Another fairy tale of Cinderella was put on the big screen, but the beginning of the story turned it into a fairy tale of friendship. They talk about everything, they are intimate, and they have witnessed the most important moments in each other's lives. A perfect friendship has appeared, and between friends of the opposite sex, there has been more understanding and tolerance than friends, similar to the care and identification of lovers. They have appointments and memories together, but never talk about the ambiguity between them. They blindly avoided this unusual tacit understanding and never wanted to go further. Until one day 20 years later, because of something, they suddenly realized that he (she) was the right person in their life. They hugged each other and vowed not to be separated. The movie ends here.
It seemed to tell me once again that there can be no pure friendship between men and women, so why bother to lie to yourself. Just like Sister Jing said, there can be no pure friendship between a man and a woman unless that person does not treat you as the opposite sex at all.
The dilemma of life.
