Beautifying the history of aggression is the most shameless!

This is a movie that glorifies the war of aggression. Not only is the content untrue, but also the artistic techniques are mediocre.

The fall of Constantinople affected the whole world: it prompted Europe to explore new routes to the East, but discovered the New World of America; it hindered the integration of Chinese and Western civilizations, and indirectly made Chinese civilization stand still.

The proportion of the film describing the preparations for war and the siege stage is very large, but the part about how to break the city on May 29, 1453 is almost not described, and the content is also false and beautified.

Real history not mentioned in the movie:

1. As the invader, Ottoman Turkey has more than 100,000 troops, while the defender + mercenary is only 9,000!

2. The artillery master Urban is a Hungarian. The reason why he served Turkey was because the Eastern Roman Empire could not afford the cost of making cannons and the Ottoman Empire could afford it. It was not that the Eastern Roman Empire killed their families. If any of their family members were killed, it would be because the Ottoman Empire had repeatedly invaded the Balkans and carried out burning, killing and looting!

3. The Ottomans invaded Constantinople not because they were brave and good at fighting, but because the defenders were careless--forgot to close the small gate (equivalent to the gate of our ancient city) that was convenient for their troops to enter and leave the city. Attacker found! Coupled with the accidental injury of the mercenary leader, he was timid and treacherous and ran away! The Ottoman army stepped on the thick corpses of their own people, and only after almost exhausting the Ottoman sultan's guards, did they enter Constantinople!

4. At the end of the movie, after entering the city, the Ottoman Sultan Muhammad II pretended to pick up the tiny little girl and promised religious protection and peace. In essence, the Ottoman Turkish army burned, killed and looted in Constantinople for 3 days and 3 nights. The people were killed and injured countless times. The brutal invaders killed the elderly and children, bought and sold prisoners as slaves, plundered women for their lustful pleasures, and brought down the ancients. The art treasures were looted, the gorgeous buildings were burnt down, and the original Christian church was changed into a mosque.…

A big and unwarranted collective [stroke] masturbation [strike] week, watching such a movie on such a day is really appropriate (smile), the two stars are all given to the long-haired cool brother Han Dabo Niu in the movie. Combined with the score of IMDB8.5, the behavior of Turkey, which was once the benchmark of secularization in the Islamic world, can be seen.

Too much rendering, too much force
