Marion Cotillard's star career has skyrocketed since winning the Oscar for best actress, especially "Rust and Bone".

In "Two Days, One Night" (2014) directed by the Darney brothers, she plays the female worker Sandra.

Sandra lives with her fiancé, a cook, with her young children.

It's just that during this period of time everything went wrong, the dysentery persisted, and there was no success in seeking medical treatment and medicine, and my emotions were often out of control.

This affected her work, and the manager gave her a dismissal order and rewarded other employees with 1,000 yuan.

So far, Sandra has only two days and one night on weekends to persuade other colleagues to give up the bonus in exchange for her job.

But that's easier said than done. Who wants to give up the money that is about to come. Besides, the people who work here are all poor.

They also have to support their families and think about the job. But there are still people willing to fulfill her, such as Tim.

This is not an ethereal world where the world is full of love, or the world is full of good people, and so on.

The world is far colder and more practical than singing. Positive energy is often accompanied by negative energy.

Undoubtedly, it was a battle of gain and loss, and a battle of choice and abandonment, but she had no way out.

And, it requires real action. Sandra's family came to beg grandpa to worship grandma. Actually, it is not desirable.

Even some colleagues fisted her in rage. She was beaten and said that for the sake of her children, she had to keep her job.

Some sympathized, but shrugged, expressing helplessness.

Some people say that others agree, then I agree, ambiguous.

Some people simply refuse, don't even think about it, and bluntly say that you might as well change jobs, why bother us so much.

There are even managers who make troubles from it, so that people who want to help her are discouraged.

She sat in the shade with her fiancé, ate ice cream, and looked up at the sky blankly.

Maybe she remembered what a colleague said to her just now, shaking her head, "The world is different now."

But she will never give up easily.

She simply came to the company, took a pen and paper, and begged everyone to sign. Obviously, this is also a closed door.

Sympathizers are far inferior to rejecters and ambiguities.

The manager fiercely pulled her aside and warned her not to make trouble here again.

But the stubborn Sandra gritted her teeth and stared at them and said, "I lost my job, and your job will not be guaranteed, you wait."

Finally, she came to the Grievance Committee and, unexpectedly, they had already started work on her dismissal.

And tell her "your problem can be solved next week".

When she went out, she showed a bright smile like sunshine for the first time.

The first time, she picked up the phone and told her fiancé, "I'm going home now, you are waiting for me".

The figure she turned away was getting farther and farther, until the end credits appeared.

This is the method used by the Darney brothers. They have always been concerned about the bottom of the population.

The deeper you dig, the more you can't extricate yourself. As far as film creation is concerned, it is enough to do a good job of one type of subject and enjoy one or the other.

Even if you say that this is not much artistic, what is art itself is a matter of benevolent people seeing benevolent and wise seeing wisdom.

Maybe if you watch too many such bitter movies, your mood will be darkened, but after watching it, it is like an electric shock to the whole body, and it is a good thing to get confused occasionally.

One trick to conquer the enemy, why try more.

Brother Darney's new trick is destined to be like this Sandra, in order to keep this job, will always be persistent.

Wait for you to see.
