Laobai, Laobai's son, Xiaofan

I don't know if my feeling is right, Lao Bai doesn't seem to like his own son very much. There are 2 reasons: 1. Hank has replaced the old white father to some extent (in the first season, little Walter called Hank when he was caught buying alcohol, and in the second season, there was a lot of noise at the pool party. ) 2. Laobai has a high IQ, but his son suffers from congenital cerebral palsy. And for this reason, Lao Bai couldn't express and talk about his son's feelings. I believe that high-IQ parents also want their children to inherit some of their own genes, and have high expectations for them. That is to say, these fulfilled the father-son relationship between Laobai and Xiaofan. Xiaofan lacked parental love and motherly love since childhood, and Laobai didn't seem to have really released his father's love because of his son. When Jane left and Xiaofan was in great pain, Lao Bai's fatherly love transferred to Xiaofan.
