Lillies of the valley (a soundtrack to Full Moon)
It takes five minutes to calm down and hold back the tears.
The film intersperses the memories of Pina by several dance troupe artists through several of Pina's works, "The Rite of Spring", "Mueller Cafe", "Social Court" and "Full Moon". Saw a plump modern art scene. I divided the film into three phases - subjectively based on my mood swings.

The explosive spiritual path "Rite of Spring": Pina's works have many natural elements, such as water, sand, soil, and stone. You can see the wind and the moon. I was really frightened by "Rite of Spring", which was buried in the soil at the beginning of the film. This work has a turning point in itself, and it is even more tense here in Pina. The woman in red and the crowd are full of invisible pulling and struggle. Staravinsky's symphony, dim lights, and dazzling strides shocked the spirit and instantly woke up.

Stage interaction with artistic sense of installation: "Rite of Spring" "Rite" female No. 1 said in the scene of recalling Pina, she made me wilder. Afterwards, the two leading artists accompanied Miyake Jun's soundtrack [The here and after] to perform a modern love urban emotional (?) duet dance: the heroine walked forward, the hero stepped back, and then the heroine fell straight to the man. Go, be caught, continue to walk madly... repeatedly. ——Here I have to sigh with emotion about the soundtrack and costume design of the whole film, which are completely just right, adding one more point to the stage charm. Human nature and emotions are vividly expressed in Pina's works, such as "Café Mueller". The grey industrial-style dance theater of the cafe is full of chairs, and the actors are hesitant and melancholy with their eyes closed. A pair of lovers embraced each other and then kissed passively. The male protagonist passively picked up the female protagonist, and the female protagonist fell, over and over again. Then the men and women were separated, and they performed their own sorrows without restraint in the cafe. Several characters are connected by Pina, who is dressed in white and keeps her eyes closed. She looked miserable, what was she thinking at the time? It feels like the soul is a painful yet vital grief. Repeated but intensified actions, combined with the monochromatic cafe, the stories are split and then overlapped, as if walking through the exhibition hall to see the installation artworks in boxes. Pina's stage is more dynamic, more emotional, rebellious, and ironic.

Unleashed Freedom: Until "Full Moon" really felt what Pina wanted. Also understand her dance. How are you going to act the moon? Every artist on the Pina stage is anxious, thinking about what she wants to express and how to release her emotions. But they are all different, with different styles, and beautiful on their own. In "Full Moon" until the actress followed Lillies of the valley, from the front to the water, and then to the front in one go. I screamed in my heart, it's so beautiful! The form of performance is free and emotional. This may be the intuitive charm of modern dance and stage presentation.
An artist in the film mentioned: Japanese dancer Kazuo Ohno passed away not long ago, I think he and Pina should be dancing in heaven now. The similarity between Kazuo Ohno's dance dance and Pina's modern dance is that they are both seemingly abstract forms but express reality. (But Buto, I'm really scared... I'm sorry, Master Kazuo)
The film is interspersed several times with Pina holding the accordion, and the dance troupe artists form a pair of laughing and perform movements of spring, summer, autumn and winter; in Pina's works are interspersed with the dance troupe, artists from all over the world have their own The works travel through various scenes in reality. I love this clever arrangement. Time is nothing but spring, summer, autumn and winter, and space is nothing but everywhere in the world. As long as you live, you must dance.
