At 07:39, Bruno said "I'd do anything for you" and at 09:30, after Bruno said "you do my murder, I do yours", the train whistle sounded in the background.

At 15:17, when Guy yells at the phone: "I want to break her neck", there is also the sound of a train passing in the background, suggesting that Bruno strangled Miriam for Guy in the follow-up development; then the next shot cuts to Close-up of Bruno's hands.

16:13, Bruno rubs his mother's palm affectionately. Alluding to its Oedipus complex. The mother treats Bruno like a child—cuts his nails, cares about his “vitamins,” and says, “You’re a naughty bastard, Bruno!” Bruno is in his thirties.…

At 28:55, the old man on Guy's train is singing "He loves that goat...", implying that Guy will be Bruno's scapegoat (scapegoat) and Bruno's gay complex with Guy

44:35, when Bruno calls Guy, the White House is behind him, corresponding to what Bruno said before "blowing up white house!"

I! Curran! ! The name is not for nothing! ! ! Conan's 395th and 396th episodes "The Heart-to-Heart Murder" and "Stranger on a Train" are too similar in their killing methods.

Revisiting, I didn't really catch a cold with this film before, but I didn't expect it to be a good one this time. The photography is excellent, and the funfair murder section is even more unforgettable. It's just a little weak at the end. 4 and a half stars

Strangers on a Train quotes

  • Guy Haines: Doesn't that bloodhound ever relax? He sticks so close he's beginning to grow on me - like a fungus.

  • Bruno: I have the perfect weapon right here: these two hands.
