After being used to watching the protagonists such as "Naruto", "One Piece" and "Reaper" who combine talent and bloodline advantages, "Fullmetal Alchemist FA" eleven years ago gave me a lot of subversion. First of all, the protagonist really has no trouble all the way, and it's a bit miserable. In order to train back to his mother, Ed lost a leg, and in order to keep his brother's soul, he put on another arm. After such an opening, Ed was basically at a disadvantage every time he fought, and was always rescued by his partners and barely survived; throughout the film, he had no obvious growth in combat power. Although he was called a genius alchemist, he basically survived. None of the truly powerful enemies were killed by him, and the light was snatched away by the supporting roles. It is also because there is no opening, Ed seems more real. He lives in a world dominated by the jungle and a complex military government. There are all kinds of people in this world: military and political dignitaries who ignore the lives of ordinary people for immortality and strength, young officers who climb up to reform the corrupt government, foreign royal families who set foot on foreign land for the safety of their clan... The reunion ended, but many important supporting characters sacrificed their lives in the process. The protagonist gave up alchemy to find his brother's body, but he still couldn't find his complete body. Such settings are similar to "Game of Thrones", giving people a strong sense of realism. It's no wonder that some people call this animation a masterpiece. Compared with the works of popular protagonists who keep hanging up, it is so much better. Friends who like hot-blooded animation and want to change their tastes can watch it!
