The store manager of Tong Gong Spring is a man who always looks sad and lacks enthusiasm for life. When the white cherry blossoms were in full bloom, Dejiang (Xilin Shulin) walked into his small shop. Later, not only taught him how to make delicious bean paste, but also told him the truth of life. In Dejiang, who has leprosy but is full of enthusiasm for everything around him, the store manager slowly walks out of the haze of the past and regains his enthusiasm for life.
I like movies that use food to express the truth of life. The food you eat can often reflect people's psychology. The sweet Dorayaki, wrapped in bean paste is the soul of the maker. I can see from Dejiang that she respects every red bean. Talk to them, listen to their stories, cheer them on. All in awe. Wash with unhurried water, boil over low heat and wait patiently for 2 hours. Eating the bean paste in the taste buds is the life philosophy of the bean paste person.

But even with such a terrifying disease, Dejiang is actively facing life inside, and he feels attentively what he sees and hears.
