It's all too simple

I've always wondered where is the line in this play? In order to unravel a knot, it is still a dream come true. Stories should always make sense, right?
Later, I understood the story; but was disappointed because the story was so unpleasantly simple.

The bad guy's reason:
Vampires take over a town just to wait for the railroad to open, and then go all over the world.
Can't he go?
The reason is really funny, but it is also in line with the logic of the Americans. Without roads, without cars, there is nothing.

Reasons for Good Guys:
Where did Lane come from, why, and is it just justice?
Why should the three partners join, is it that simple? They put their lives on the line to follow this woman just before I was noticing.
But I still don't understand why?

Environment and others:
The story in the film, the fighting part is all at night, and it is to understand the difficulties of vampires if you want to come to a good person.
How many people in the town have children under control? Since other people are afraid, why don't they run away during the day?
Fighting is also simple, there is no design, everything is simple enough.
