"Path of Glory" shows us from the beginning that high school girls basketball has achieved extraordinary success under the leadership of coach Don Huggins (Josh Lucas). After that, he was hired by the University of Texas Western to form a basketball team and participate in the game under the condition of insufficient funds. During 1965, in a society where everything was white supremacy, it was definitely not mainstream to hire white people to play. Don Huggins threw away all stereotypes and formed a team of black people. They are from all over the world. There are a few that impressed me the most. The first is the captain of the team. When he first joined the team, he was unruly with the coach, did not listen to the team leader's advice, and led the staff to go to the nightclub to have a good time, causing everyone to be punished. The second is to fall in love in violation of regulations, and be corporally punished by the coach alone. But it also has a shining side. In the game against Iowa, it proposed to let the coaches accept their own style of play, because the opponent is too familiar with the coach's style of play. In the end, because of his suggestion, he won the venue. There is also coach Don Hudgens. He has many shining points in himself. He knows how to boost morale, understands forbearance, and when his family is threatened, he has to stand up bravely and beat them in the face with victory. It can be said that the real coach knows how to stimulate the potential of the players. This is my first time writing a film review. Because the name is too long, there are still many characters who haven't come and I can write it first. As an inspirational film, it was very well done.
