Film Review Chapter 545 "Deep Sea Strange Beasts" - Fighting the Unknown

The sci-fi horror film "Beasts of the Deep" premiered in the United States on January 10.

The film tells the escape story of six American submarine exploration scientists fighting against deep-sea aliens in the Mariana Trench.

The Mariana Trench, located near Guam in the United States, has a depth of 6,000 to 11,000 kilometers, and its deepest point is 11,034 meters.

After mounting Mount Everest in the deepest part of the Mariana Trench, there are still more than 2,000 meters left.

The depth of the Mariana Trench is daunting to explorers.

The water is more than 10,000 meters, and the pressure can reach more than 1,000 atmospheric pressure.

Under such high air pressure, unprotected humans would be squeezed into foam in an instant.

The water temperature in the trench is only about two degrees.

Scientists don't know if there are special creatures in such cold and high pressure waters.

The submarine exploration base was attacked by unknown creatures, resulting in many deaths.

The six surviving scientists hope to be able to return to the undersea transfer station and return to the surface,

But during this escape, the scientists discovered that it wasn't just the high-pressure, cold waters they needed to wrestle with.

And the terrifying unknown underwater creatures.

The film is very feminist.

At a critical moment, two female scientists rescue the only surviving man and help him escape.

The heroine has a flat head and chest, high IQ, courage, and the courage to sacrifice herself.

This film deliberately exaggerates feminism, but it is still a good sci-fi horror film.

Similar films include "Dark Invasion" and Cameron's "The Abyss".

Happy Monday everyone.
