season of exhaustion

Can only give two stars. So far this season has been pretty bad. I think the creative team has run out of good ideas. The first episode was pretty good as it used to be. But it changed from the second episode. I don't understand why a character should come out and tell Rick that Rick is lonely, and Rick cherishes this character very much because of this, and the plot of the APP dating is also very boring. The author of the third episode used a deliberate reversal to prove that deliberate reversal is stupid. Even Morty has lost interest in this adventure. Why does the author think that the audience will not be like Morty? Episode 4 is boring and vulgar. The opening of the fifth episode seems to be back on the right track, but then it actually directly copied the Terminator series, and the imagination of snake aliens is exactly the same as that of human history. It would not seem that the protagonists were replaced by Doraemon and Nobita. Violate.

This season, except for the first episode, everything is like shit. If you can't think of something creative, you use rick's loneliness, and if you can't think of anything critical, you use Nazis and racism.

  • [Morty is driving Rick's spaceship, rather recklessly, so that he can follow a destiny to die in Jessica's arms]

Rick Sanchez: Morty, you know outer space is up, right?

Morty Smith: Yeah, yeah. I'm just, uh, following... my... instincts.

Rick Sanchez: Will you just go up?

    [grabs at controls]

Morty Smith: Stop! You're gonna make me die wrong!

Rick Sanchez: Wait a minute, what? Morty, do you have a death crystal in your pocket?

    Morty Smith: No... Maybe.

Rick Sanchez: You little monster! I thought you were masturbating!

Morty Smith: And you took that in stride?

Rick Sanchez: You rather I address it?

  • Rick: I'm a fucking god now!
