    I am tired of saying that a movie is a classic, but I still have to say: "M" is indeed a classic. There are too many classic dialogues and plots in it, and the shooting techniques are impressive. I didn't expect that the 1930s would be able to handle such complicated movies with ease. If you don't know the shooting time in advance, you will definitely think it is a Hollywood movie in the 1950s. It turned out that the German devils were very leisurely while busy preparing for the World War, and they shot so well.

    I barely finished the film under my drowsiness, and I remembered the beginning and the back of the movie with the white M letter painted on the black jacket. The film influenced films like Psycho, but it more reminded me of Zodiac, From Hell and things like that. I rewatched it again, and still felt that the plot was moving too slowly.
