Although it is the world of ants, it is a typical American story. You don’t always have to obey authority, you can make your own decisions; small people can make great careers; love can cross levels; the protagonist will have many shortcomings, such as small selfishness, nagging, arrogance, and so on. It's all American values.
The villain general is a very mature careerist and politician. A few passionate speeches are very exciting, with strategy, skill and enthusiasm. I think he is fully capable of running for governor or senator. It can be regarded as a prominent role.
Others can only be said to be quite satisfactory.
