The beginning is a bit disappointing, farce, and can't stand the American arrogance: Germans speak fluent English, French and Italians speak broken English!
But from the beginning of the plot to the magic forest, it gradually became exciting. The famous fairy tales echoed in my head one by one: "Little Red Riding Hood", "Hans and Margot", "Rapunzel" and so on. And suddenly I can't remember the details of the story of Little Red Riding Hood! Ah, is it really that far in the past?
Modern stunts are used in the second half of the film, the werewolf transformation, as well as the killing tree, the man-devouring horse, and the most terrifying part is the "Cookie Man", which completely subverts the cute image in Shrek.
The climax of the final decisive battle can be regarded as imposing, and Monica Bellucci is the best endorsement of the glamorous image. The mummy on the bed and the beautiful woman in the mirror are opposite each other's nightmare! In the end, it shattered into thousands of pieces and disappeared, and finally it was dust to dust, dust to dust.
Heath Ragill plays the silly, pedantic younger brother in it, and he doesn't have the same dashing aura of the past, which is considered an improvement. In fact, the strange French king and Italian priest in it are all famous characters of Hao Lai Wu, and they can only be green leaves here.
Overall, it's a good movie, as long as you get through the first half of the drama. And, can you guess all the fairy tales used in it?
