Detailed analysis and hidden clues

1. I looked back at the first part and found that after Elsa accidentally injured Anna, when their father was looking for information in the bookcase, a map fell to the ground, which is very similar to the map Elsa and Anna found on the wreckage in this part resemblance. It felt like an echo here, paving the way for their parents to go to Atahoran.

2. The story line about Elsa's parents.

Although there are only a few short shots in this part, the time nodes given are relatively clear, and we can still make some inferences. The first is the first encounter between the two. The scene is Elsa's father reading a book under the tree, and her mother coming down from the tree naughty to talk to her father. The location of this incident is the first question. Personally, I don't think the encounter took place in the enchanted forest, because if it were in the forest, Elsa's father couldn't have known that her mother was a Northlander. It should be Elsa's mother who came to Arendelle's area to play and then met her father, and after that, her mother should meet her father many times, and the two have a certain emotional foundation. In addition, the enchanted forest is not a place where outsiders can come and go at will. As a prince, Elsa's father cannot often go to the enchanted forest to play. Elsa's mother is freer and can come out of the forest. Later, when Elsa's father participated in the celebration of the completion of the dam, he saw Elsa's mother playing freely with Fengling (he should not have recognized her mother at the time, the camera only gave a back view from his point of view), he should I just feel that the back is very familiar, so my eyes are full of curiosity, and I want to take a closer look. Before they could see clearly, the two sides began to fight, Elsa's father was injured, and her mother rescued her father with the help of Feng Ling. Elsa's mother hid in the carriage and her father left the forest. Since Elsa's father didn't know that he was rescued by his mother back then, they further fell in love and got married, and the mother contacted him as the naughty girl at that time.

The next key segment is that the mother told Elsa's father the secret of her life experience. The occurrence of this segment should be the decisive factor for the parents to decide to go to sea to find the answer. Because the father who didn't know the truth must be very shocked when he heard the mother's identity as a Northlander, because the Northlander killed his father and his daughter was tortured by magic (the father has a heart for magic Yes, his father died in a magical land, so he wanted to lock up Elsa or suppress her magic). However, the mother must have also explained the events of the year from her own point of view. The love between the two is true, but the objective facts that happened are also very cruel. Elsa's mother knew the legend that Atahoran could find the truth of the past, and just happened to have a map to Atahoran in their hands (falling out from the bookshelf), so for the love of the two, for the children of the two places. People, for the sake of elsa, they both have to make such efforts, but it is a pity that both of them are ordinary people, their strength is too small, and they are buried in the sea.

As for whether the parents are really dead, I think the answer is yes. Because of the memories Elsa found on the boat, that scene, the parents hugged each other tightly in the waves, there was no self-help behavior, it was the last scene of their lives. Unless Shui Ling is willing to save his mother, but I think it is unlikely, because the sinking of the ship may be caused by Shui Ling's anger.

3. Why is the forest locked up?

There are many people who think that since it was the people of Arendelle who angered the spirit of nature, why did the spirit of nature lock up the northerners. I don't think it's appropriate to use a lock here, the fog is more of a protection and isolation. Because if there is no obstruction from the fog, and the truth is unknown, the death of the leaders of the two clans will inevitably lead to a war, and the final casualties will be innocent people on both sides. The spirit of nature is fair and merciful, and will not take anger at will, otherwise it would have the power to destroy Arendelle and destroy the dam. The enchanted forest separates the two sides, waiting for the arrival of someone who can reveal the truth and unlock the secret.

4. Mother's Family and Elsa's Magic

Elsa's mother's family is mentioned in the movie and is a very old family. This family must be a special existence, Elsa's mother can communicate with Feng Ling, and in the case of natural anger, she can still let Feng Ling help her save people, which is something other northerners can't do. Then the so-called fifth spirit is a bridge that can link the four spirits of nature and the human world, so does it mean that Elsa's mother family is a family chosen by nature, and their members can communicate with the spirit of nature, and there is a conflict between man and nature It is a historical tradition that the Fifth Spirit will arise from their family at the moment. Elsa is the fifth spirit born when there is a crisis between man and nature, and is responsible for adjusting the balance between nature and man. This also explains why Elsa can easily tame the four spirits, both the lineage and the divine fifth spirit.

Think so much for a while! I think there are a lot of things that the whole film wants to express. Many details are not easy to express in too long, and they are easily overlooked in a flash, so I always feel that something is missing. I think it would be nice to express a little more detail in many places, especially the heart knot of the people of the two ethnic groups, the father’s heart knot about magic, the balance between nature and people. Taking these as the flashpoint of contradictions will make the whole film more interesting. There is a little tension. Of course, Disney may also be taking care of children and doesn't want to complicate the clues too much. But I think many children are already in the fog, not as clear as the first one~

All in all, I still love this series very much~ I hope there will be more daily life!

It smells like Game of Thrones all over... The North needs you Elsa!

I liked the second book more than the first, and I liked this kind of complete, straightforward, no-brainer adventure story, and I didn't care about the theme of deep, strong, self-discovery. Elsa is so beautiful in her new clothes. I like the part of rigging a horse in the sea the most. The queen of horse rigging is mighty and majestic. The second part is made up of flowers on the elsa explosion, and the big scene is super beautiful! Cool!

Frozen II quotes

  • Mattias: Hey, back at home, Halima still over at Hudson's Hearth?

    Anna: She is.

    Mattias: Really?

    [coyly]

    Mattias: She married?

    Anna: Mmm-mmm.

Mattias: Oh, wow. Why didn't that make me feel better?

Anna: What else do you miss?

Mattias: My father. He passed long before all this. He was a great man. Built us a good life in Arendelle. But taught me never to take the good for granted. He'd say, "Be prepared. Just when you think you've found your way, life will throw you into a new path."

Anna: What do you do when it does?

Mattias: Don't give up. Take it one step at a time and...

Anna: Just do the next right thing?

Mattias: [smiles] Yeah. You got it.

  • Anna: [an ice sculpture materializes in front of Anna and Olaf] Elsa's found it.

    Olaf: What is it?

Anna: The truth about the past. That's my grandfather... attacking the Northuldra leader, who wields no weapon.

    [dismayed]

Anna: The dam wasn't a gift of peace. It was a trick.

Olaf: But that goes against everything Arendelle stands for.

    Anna: It does, doesn't it?

    [sits down]

Anna: I know how to free the forest. I know what we have to do to set things right.

Olaf: Why do you say that so sadly?

Anna: We have to break the dam.
