I didn't understand her pain and her last words until the hidden truth came out of the boy's mouth. Life is sometimes really elusive, but after infinite passion is endless melancholy. While Cuaron's films never sparked intense love in me, there was always a tinge of shivering. Just like the feeling of swimming into the vast sea, she felt a little palpitated and a little lost.
I have always liked road movies. Life is like a journey on the road. The starting point and the ending point may overlap, but people are no longer in the same state of mind. I like the warmth hidden in the blandness, like crossing the United States and motorcycle diary. This time, though, Cuaron brought a different feeling. On the surface, it is full of passion, but it hides endless sadness.
