. When I watched Geshan, the first thing I felt was that the retro is really retro. From the soundtrack to the processing of the camera and the color grading of the picture, including the editing, the techniques of old-fashioned European and American horror films are all shocking, violent and perverted. The authentic American horror film is back. It's not to say how surprising it is, but there are really not many horror movies that are so "serious" right now. To be honest, I didn't
expect this sequel this year. It's just because this year's horror market is really bad.
After watching it, I'm very satisfied. The plot definitely surpasses the first one. The perverted and bloody hehe, and the camera image is handled so well, especially the director's ability to control the mirror position is very strong, the rhythm and sound effects are not too difficult to pick, the makeup is extremely realistic, the choice of actors is also very reasonable If the theme song at the end of the film is interspersed, I will go back to the retro route
to watch this film. I do think of several classics, including the Dark Invasion of the House of Thousand Corpses, but it is definitely not plagiarism. Maybe I want to learn from the Dark Invasion to get some good reputation. The director tries to strengthen the team and individuals Psychological activity in between but a little weaker in this part
anyway if you're starting to feel disappointed with recent horror films this sequel might spark your new interest
and it seems like Geek San 3 is out of the question
