Maybe because the characters in the original book are relatively bland, the film naturally formed from oppression to resistance. There is no more reflection in the character's heart, and the transformation into action also uses itself as a shield.
The most impressive is Guevara's biographical shooting. He saw the injustice of society and decided to join the revolution, but this is not necessarily the only choice. But the protagonist in the film has no choice, either kneeling to live or standing to die!
If there are more characters' inner portrayal, it may be more exciting!
