When the villain also desires true love

I've been reciting the story of Cinderella since I was a child, but this is the first time I've ever watched a Cinderella cartoon.
When I grew up, I also read Chen Tong's "Cinderella", and the fairy tale characters in the book were all made fun of.

I have no way of knowing what those classic fairy tales look like in the eyes of today's children. I just remember there was a time when the birthday present I most looked forward to every year was the new fairy tale book my parents bought me. The good that can't get tired of seeing is rewarded with good and evil, and the one that can't get tired of seeing the battle of wits and courage. In fairy tales, the bad guys are clearly bad, and the good guys are a mess. You can easily identify who is good and who is bad. The good guys should live happily and the bad guys should be punished.

Growing up, graduating, working, I have long known that there is no such clear distinction between good and bad in life. Everyone carries his own ideas and has his own measure of right and wrong. If the novel is too good and bad, it will be ridiculed - because it is too far from reality.

The third part of "Cinderella" is not going to continue to use too simple fairy tales to anesthetize children, but made some changes, so a pitiful villain was born. In the play, her role is indispensable contempt.

Anastasia, one of Cinderella's step sisters, is a person who yearns for the prince's love. With the help of magic, she finally won the favor of the prince, but when she was ecstatic, she was told by her mother to keep "elegant and noble" at all times. Another sister laughed at her, "the prince only fell in love with you because of magic. !" She was very frustrated.

Cinderella's side is not afraid of everything arranged by her stepmother, and bravely sneaked into the palace to try to recall the prince's sincerity to her, but the stepmother finally used the killer: I made Anastasia exactly like you Cinderella, and then made you. Take it away, let the prince fall in love with her, what tricks do you have? Even though Cinderella escaped the clutches of her stepmother and ran back all the way, but when the prince faced two identical hers, I'm afraid things would not be so easy to solve.

At this time, the meaning of the villain who was not completely bad came to the fore: she held the shell representing true love tightly, looked at the prince who did not really love her, and said something that made her mother furious: I don't Willing to (marry a prince). Not only that, but when the whole palace was in chaos and only she calmly picked up the magic wand, she pointed it not at anyone, but at herself - back to her true self.

The ending of the story is still good, Cinderella and the prince live a happy life again. This included Cinderella's own efforts, but the true revealing of the villain also helped them a lot. But, is this happiness really "for ever"? On the first anniversary, such a thing has already happened, so it is uncertain what will go wrong in the future.

Last but not least, probably the most unexpected thing in the film is that the king actually likes the fake prospective daughter-in-law Anastasia, precisely because she steps on the prince's feet when dancing, which is too much like what he misses. Dead wife! Sometimes, flaws can make people feel more intimate, which is also one of the changes in the story. If there is a fourth part of "Cinderella", I think, if you add a little flaw or extreme behavior to Cinderella (such as drug addiction, alcoholism, gambling, smugness, etc.), maybe everyone will prefer a combination of beauty, intelligence and good luck. What about her. But this is just a joke, so Cinderella is not suitable for children to see.

Of course, good people (even if they used to be bad guys) still have good things in the new fairy tale: In a painting at the end of the credits, Anastasia is shyly accepting a love cake from a chef - she has finally found true love, and this True love also satisfactorily satisfied her small shortcomings of gluttony.
