Just watched the movie "Challenge Sunday" and it was great!
Coach tony said to the players on the eve of the final battle of life and death:
people get old and everything will leave you, this is part of life, but only when you start to lose you will understand, you will find that life is made up of many 1 Inches add up, and so does football.
Because no matter in sports, life or football, there is very little room for mistakes, half a step early and a half step late will not achieve the goal, half a second early or late will not catch the ball, every inch we need is close by, just In every opportunity on the field, in every minute and every second. Our whole team fights for this 1 inch, everyone is ready to smash for this 1 inch, and fight to the death for this 1 inch, because we know that every inch added together is the watershed between winners and losers! It is the watershed between life and death! In any battle, the one who is not afraid of death always wins that 1 inch!
I know I can get back a full and meaningful life because I'm still willing to fight to my last breath for an inch! Because that is life! 6 inches in front of you, now I can't order you to fight, you have to look at your teammate around you, look him in the eyes, you will see a comrade who is willing to fight for that 1 inch with you, you will see a comrade who is willing to fight for that 1 inch with you Sacrifice your comrade for you and the team because he knows you'll do the same for him when he has to! This is team spirit! Whether we fight together or let each other be slaughtered, this is rugby! this is all!
