"Winter Heart" is a tragedy of a noble soul

Why does Stephen love Camille but not be with her? After reading it many times, as my understanding of Stephen deepens, the first question turns into another: how do we treat love? And this question, the film does not give us an answer. Through his extraordinary insight, the director seriously raised this question to us, making us examine love, ourselves, and life.

This is a love tragedy, but this tragedy is not for any external reasons, there are no barriers of family, property, power, morality, not a Romeo and Juliet tragedy (most love stories are not variants of Romeo and Juliet ?).

"Winter Heart" is a tragedy of a noble soul, which originates from people's deep introspection and questioning. This is a movie that uses love to talk about people's self, erotic desire, life and death and other deeper propositions. It transcends the secular moral judgment, and also transcends the romanticism of love, and faces human nature.

If an artist says to love you and follow you, please don't hurt her heart. The plot is dull, but I am willing to indulge in the pure blue eyes of Emmanuelle Bea.

More than ten years ago, I should have thought that someone like Stephen was very sexy and would make people desperate to jump on it. The older I get, the more I understand the kind of person who has reservations about life. Even I think there are many such people in life, of course some people worry about gain and loss out of lack of self-confidence. I'm not quite sure what kind of Stephen came out of? Tends to be interpreted as philosophical pessimism, or a kind of "hermit" self-isolation, which I can't help but romanticize. If it were me, it would be laziness, a lack of interest in judging emotions with limited experience. Fortunately, Zotye didn't clarify the history of Stephen becoming "like this", it would be vulgar.
