Lolita, the wayward goblin.
I like her very much. Only she can eat cherry chocolate ice cream nonchalantly after a heavy rain, look at you with alluring eyes, and giggle. Boneless.
On that afternoon many years ago, if it weren't for her, lying in the garden innocently reading the picture album, water splashing through the goose-yellow skirt, there would be no long-term obsession with the stories after that. She is a little demon girl, and her biggest career in life is to make people fascinated. Taking her all over the United States, even if the hero's final end is bleak, I still feel that he has no regrets in his life. The only pity is that the little demon girl didn't have a good death, and the plain life she chose after her splendid life did not allow her to return to stability. I was deeply saddened to see her open to full bloom.
I can't wait to go back to the beginning of the story, everything has not yet begun, everything can be expected, everything is still the rising sun, not afraid of sunset.

Lolita quotes

  • Humbert: From here to that old car you know so well is a stretch of twenty-five paces. Make those twenty-five steps. With me. Now.

Lolita: You're saying you'll give us the money if I go to a motel with you?

Humbert: No, no, no. I mean leave here now, and come live with me. And die with me, and everything with me.

    Lolita: You're crazy.

  • Humbert: What are you eating?

Lolita: It's called a jawbreaker. It's supposed to break your jaw. Want one?
