The British government sent 007 Bond (Sean Connery) to the Caribbean to investigate the murder of an intelligence officer. After 007 investigations, it is speculated that the deceased should be related to Dr. No on Crab Island. Dr. Nou is carrying out an unknown conspiracy plan on this mysterious island, intensively conducting a scientific experiment that will rule the world. The two sides began a war of wits and bravery. Dr. Nou sent a female spy to try to monitor 007's every move and take the opportunity to subdue her, but was discovered by 007's tricks. The fisherman Kullo and CIA intelligence agent Wright (Usula Andress Ursula Andress) became 007's right-hand man. However, Dr. Nou was prepared for 007's trip, and 007 and the beautiful assistant were in a lot of trouble. Seeing that 007 was about to be buried on a deserted island, things turned around.
