bland (spoilers)

It is not recommended to watch it on the high-speed train at 1:30 in the afternoon. The camera is good, the actors are good, the plot is flat, the car is too noisy, and I fell asleep. Other than that, everything is good.

Well, the first time I posted a movie review, I said that there must be one hundred and forty words, but all I want to say is the first paragraph?

Then I'll add one more thing, it's a spoiler.

When Edison got the call to decide whether he won or lost, the kid saw the little machine he made that kept images.

So I thought, wouldn't the last scene be a tribute to Edison?

It turns out, thanks to Edison.

This is what I call a wikipidia movie...if it weren't for the cinema, I wouldn't be able to watch it. The director's quick cuts, the choice of follow-up shots, etc., the concave visual language is also particularly tiring and dizzy. I used Park Chan-wook's photographer, but there is an effect that is very similar to that of Alfonso Cuaron's queen, and I am very hard at it.

No matter how bad it is, there is still such a strong cast to support it, pass it. In addition, I felt that Mrs. Edison was very familiar. I checked that it was an Icelandic girl in sense8, but she didn't recognize it.

The Current War: Director's Cut quotes

  • Nikola Tesla: A true legacy isn't what we build up to the heavens or carve deep into stone. Rocks will crumble, paper disintegrates, and bone turns to powder. Only that which isn't in the physical realm and reaches in both directions can be eternal. Our ideas. They are what we leave behind. And only they are what can push us forward.

Thomas Edison: To all whom it may concern, be it known that I, Thomas Alva Edison, submits on this, the 27th day of January, 1880, the application of this abstract to the Patent Office of the United States of America. The unique design of my invention is that of a glass vacuum tube which houses inside a thin cotton thread filament, the two lower ends of which secure respective posts, forming an arch shape. Details and schematic drawings follow exhibiting all aspects of the invention. But its purpose is simple, to give light.
